The provided phone numbers will be used for delivering SMSOnline services and related functions. Specifically, they will be used for receiving SMS messages, analyzing received messages for statistical purposes, and improving the service.
2. Privacy and Data Protection
SMSOnline takes utmost care in data protection. Phone numbers and desired handle names will be made public, but no other information will be disclosed. Additionally, the SMSOnline team will not request any information beyond phone numbers, handle names, and payment details.
3. Compensation
For each phone number provided to SMSOnline, the SMSOnline team will pay the user a performance reward and a basic contract fee as separately defined. The basic contract fee refers to maintenance costs necessary for keeping the SIM card active, including initial contract fees and monthly charges. Payments will be made at the end of each month for the previous month.
4. Service Termination
If a phone number detects a certain level of downtime, it will be removed from the website, and future earnings will no longer be available. However, rewards earned before the phone number is removed will be paid after a standard waiting period.
5. Minimum Contract Period
The minimum contract period for providing a phone number is 90 days. However, if changes to the terms of service require user choices, this period may be adjusted. After 90 days, users can terminate the provision of the phone number at any time via the SMSAid App. Once terminated, the phone number cannot be provided again.
6. Changes and Notifications
Terms may change. If changes occur, they will be notified within the SMSAid App. Continued use of the service after changes will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms.
